Overview
The latest release introduces Integration Dashboard page with Sync Now & Mark as Resolved features to enhance the user experience by providing visibility into integration sync status and resolution of integration failures. The Integration Dashboard provides a centralized view of synchronization status and failed records.
Availability
- Contact Ordway Support to enable the Integration Dashboard feature.
- Prerequisites
- Integration settings must be configured.
Landing Page Alerts
- An alert notification appears on the landing page when integration sync failures occur.
- The alert displays a failure counter.

Navigate to the Sync Status Summary Page
- In the left navigation page, click Setup → Integrations → Integration Dashboard. The Integration Dashboard page is displayed.
Integration Dashboard
The Integration Dashboard provides a centralized view of synchronization status across all connected financial integrations (for example, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, and Intacct).
It enables you to:
- Monitor sync activity
- Identify failed and pending records
- Re-sync failed records
- Mark issues as resolved
Sync Status Summary Page
The dashboard displays key metrics:
- Synced – Successfully synced records
- Failed – Records that failed to sync
- Pending – Records awaiting processing
- Resolved – Issues marked as resolved
Use this summary to quickly assess integration health.
View Options
View by Application
- Displays integration-specific tabs (for example, NetSuite, Avalara)
- Displays only integrations that contain failed records.
View by Transaction Type
- Displays object-level filters (for example, Customers, Invoices)
- Shows only failed records for the selected object
- Displays results in a table format
Understand failure details
- Hover over the Failed indicator to view error details
- Use the Error Type column to identify issues (for example, Unknown Error, Closed Period)
Record Actions
Individual record actions (three-dot menu)
Use the three-dot (•••) menu to perform actions on a single record.
Available Actions

| Edit | Modify invoice details before reprocessing or syncing. |
| View PDF | Open and review the generated invoice PDF document. |
| Regenerate PDF | Generate a new PDF using the latest invoice data. |

| Mark as Resolved | Mark this sync issue as resolved after verification. |
| Re-sync Now | Retry syncing this invoice with the external system. |
| Logs | View detailed sync activity and error logs for this invoice. |
Logs Submenu Options

Re-Sync Now
Users can manually trigger a re-sync for failed records.
To re-sync a failed record:
- Navigate to the Integration Dashboards Page.
- Click Ellipsis menu (•••) > Re-Sync Now.
- A sync progress notification appears.

Synchronization starts immediately, and the status updates to:
- Succeeded (if sync is successful)
- Failed (if sync fails again)
Note

The Re-sync Now option is unavailable for records with the following statuses:
- Succeeded
- Pending
- Resolved
Bulk Actions
Use the Actions menu to perform operations on multiple selected records simultaneously.
Before You Begin
Select one or more records using the checkbox next to each record.

| Delete Draft | Deletes the selected draft records. |
| Export Selected | Exports the selected records. |
| Email Selected | Sends emails for the selected records. |
| Print Selected | Opens the selected records in a printable format. |
| Download Selected | Downloads the selected records. |
| Mark as Resolved | Marks the selected failed records as resolved. |
| Resync Now | Retries synchronization for the selected failed records. |
Steps
- Select the required records.
- Click Actions.
- Select the required bulk action from the list.
- Complete any confirmation step if prompted.
Result
The selected action is applied to all selected records.
Mark as Resolved
Use the Mark as Resolved action to update the status of selected failed invoice records to Resolved.
Steps
- Navigate to the Invoices page.
- Select one or more invoice records using the checkbox next to each invoice.
- Click Actions.
- Select Mark as Resolved.
- In the confirmation dialog, review the selected record count.
- Click MARK AS RESOLVED <number> RECORDS to confirm.
Confirmation Message
This action cannot be undone.
Are you sure you want to mark as resolved <number> records?
Result
- The selected invoice records are marked as Resolved.
Bulk Re-sync
Use the Resync Now action to retry synchronization for multiple failed records at the same time.
Steps
- Navigate to the required transaction tab.
- Select one or more failed records using the checkbox next to each record.
- Click Actions.
- Select Resync Now.
- In the confirmation dialog, review the selected record count.
- Click RESYNC SELECTED <number> RECORDS to start the re-sync process.
Confirmation Message
This action cannot be undone.
Are you sure you want to resync selected <number> records?
Processing Window
After confirmation, a processing dialog is displayed showing the re-sync progress percentage.
Result
- The system retries synchronization for the selected records.
- Processing status is displayed until the operation is completed.
