Skip Countersignature for Quotes

Ordway Customers can eliminate the requirement for a Counter Signature for transitioning the quote that is in Accepted Status to Completed Status.

To manage the requirement, navigate to Menu > Setup > Settings > Quote Settings. 

Toggle OFF Enable Countersignature for Quotes to disable this requirement. By default the toggle is enabled. Simply toggle it OFF to eliminate the countersignature and go through the process of quotes. Once the quote is accepted by Ordway’s customer, the status automatically changes to Completed.

NOTE: 

1. This can be overridden at the quote level by enabling the toggle.

2. When Auto Convert to Quotes upon Completion is enabled at the Company level, quotes automatically update to Converted status.

For quote syncing from Salesforce

1. Create a custom checkbox for “Enable Countersign for Quotes” on Quotes Object of Salesforce (boolean field). 
2. Map this field to Enable Countersign for quotes on Ordway. Ensure both forward and Reverse mapping is addressed.
