Reactivate an Expired Quote

Quotes may expire prior to acceptance and signature collection. An expired quote can be reactivated with a few simple clicks.

Accepted quotes can be countersigned even when the present date is past the expiration date. 

Preconditions:

Quotes is a separate add-on within Ordway. Contact us to add Quotes to your configuration. 

1. The Customer must already exist in Ordway.
2. Products must already exist in Ordway.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Menu > Quotes.
2. Click Reactivate from the Actions menu for the desired quotes on the Quotes list or from within the Quote details page.

3. Enter a new expiration date for the quote and click Yes, reactivate quote. Once reactivated, the quote reverts to its previous status of Draft or Out for Acceptance, and can be available for editing.
