Create a new Quote in a Currency other than Base Currency

Complete the following steps to create a new Quote in a currency other than a Customer's base currency. 

Steps:

1. Navigate to Menu > Setup > Billing > Manage Currencies.

• Complete the steps provided in Manage Currencies to Add a Currency. 

3. Next, navigate to Menu > Customer Accounts.

4. Complete the steps provided in Manage Customers to Create New Customer.

• Create the new customer with the desired currency. 

Note: This is a required step, as we cannot change the currency of a current customer due to existing transactions in a difference currency.

5. Navigate to Menu > Quotes. 

• Select the newly created Customer. The new currency is automatically populated from the new Customer.
• Complete the Quote.
