Ordway's Help Center is designed to guide you through common procedures, methods to configure the platform for your business, and to contact Ordway support when needed.

Help Center Access
Ordway will email you instructions to access the Ordway Help Center. Reach out to Support if you haven't received a communication with log in instructions.
To navigate the Help Center, click a category to view all corresponding articles.
Click a hyperlink to view the corresponding article.
Click Follow at the top of any article to receive a notification anytime the article is updated.
To return to the main menu, follow the breadcrumb trail back to the previous category, or back to the home screen.
Quickly return to the Help Center home screen at anytime by clicking Ordway in the upper left hand corner.
Use the search bar to locate specific content in the Help Center. Enter a search topic and all corresponding articles related to the topic are displayed. Click the article name to view the content.
A Support Widget is located within the Help Center to quickly locate support articles.
Click the icon and enter a search term.
Click the corresponding article name. The article displays in the widget. Click the open icon to view the article on a full browser page.
