Sign into Help Center
Click Sign in at the top of the Help Center: https://ordwaylabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
Create Help Center Account
Steps:
- Click Sign in at the top of the Help Center: https://ordwaylabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
- Click the Sign up link next to New to Ordway?
- Complete the steps to request access.
Confirm Account Access via Email
Creating and confirming your Ordway access is a two step process. After completing the steps above, look for an email from Ordway entitled Welcome to Ordway. Click the link provided to set a password for the Help Center.
Confirm My Account
Once you have signed in, a second email titled Confirmation Instructions is routed to you.
Click the Confirm my account link in the email to finalize your Ordway access.
Once you confirm your account, no further action is required.

Note: Be sure to bookmark the Help Center for quick access in the future: https://ordwaylabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
Once logged into the Help Center, you will see the modules available for your organization.
