View Billing Schedule associated with a Subscription Contract

Billing Schedules display how the customer is billed over the lifecycle of the Subscription Contract. See How Billing Schedules Work for additional details.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Contracts & Orders > Subscriptions and Contracts.
2. Click Billing Schedule from the More menu for the desired Subscription. 
   
3. High-level metrics for each contract are displayed: 

• • • MRR (only applicable for Recurring Charges)
    • Discounted MRR
    • Committed Value
    • Amount Invoiced
    • For Termed Contracts, Committed Value (TCV) is also displayed.

4. The chart helps visualize both Invoiced and Uninvoiced Charges.

5. The Billing Schedule is also broken down by period.
