A user can edit an existing Charge within a Plan to impact all future Subscriptions that the Plan is applied to. Editing a Charge in a Plan does not affect Subscriptions where this Plan was previously applied.
Preconditions:
- Products must already be created and Active.
- Enable Plans must be active in Menu > Setup > Settings.
- A Plan with Charges must already be created.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Products and Plans > Plans and Charges.
- Click Edit from the Actions menu for the desired Plan.
- Click Edit icon next to the charge to be edited.
- Edit any field described in Setup New Charge.
Note: The Charge ID field is the only field that cannot be edited, as it is the identifying object that notifies Ordway which Charge is being edited. - Save the Charge.
- Save the Plan when finished.
