Short Answer
No — Ordway does not currently support moving charges between two existing plans. Charges are bound to the plan/version they were created in for auditability and revenue integrity.

Why This Isn’t Supported
- Audit & pricing integrity: A plan’s charges define its commercial terms. Moving a charge to a different plan after it has been used would change historical context.
- Revenue recognition: Charge identity ties to revenue schedules; cross‑plan moves can corrupt past recognition and reporting.
- Referential safety: Downstream systems (ERP/BI) often key on plan/charge IDs; re‑parenting would break joins and historical analytics.
