Safari on iPad: Date Picker Doesn’t Open in Billing Runs (Target Date/Invoice Date)

On Safari for iPad, tapping into Target Date or Invoice Date in the Billing Run form sometimes does not open the date‑picker. The field stays on today’s date with no visible way to change it.


Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Billing Runs → Add Billing Run on iPad Safari.
2. Tap Target Date or Invoice Date.
3. Observe: No date‑picker appears.
4. Tap just below the target date label → picker opens.
   
    

Workaround: Tap just below the Target Date field label and above the input’s underline to trigger the picker.
