We've streamlined the default Movements Report by removing three percentage-based metrics from the standard view. This change improves data accuracy and user experience.
Metrics Removed from Default Report
- Net Retention Rate (NRR)
- Gross Retention Rate (GRR)
- Growth Rate %
How to Access These Metrics
For Detailed Analysis
Users who need to view MRR movements by customer, subscription, or product detail should continue using the main MRR Movement Reports, which provide comprehensive breakdowns.
For Aggregated Retention and Growth Rates
Users who require aggregated retention and growth rates should customize the default reports to include these growth metrics at the summary level. This approach:
- Eliminates the subtotal summing issue
- Provides accurate aggregate-level insights
- Avoids mixing percentage rates with dollar values
Recommendations
- Review existing dashboards that relied on these metrics in the default report
- Create custom report views for teams needing regular access to NRR, GRR, and Growth Rate % at summary levels
- Leverage the detailed MRR Movement Reports for customer-level retention analysis

An Approval Process can be set up and executed for Billing Runs. Each invoice under the Billing Run is submitted for approval. They can be approved or rejected individually or collectively.
Cancel Approval Process
An Approval in progress can be cancelled. The status is updated to Cancelled.
