Overview

The Export History page provides a consolidated view of all report exports performed by users. It allows you to track previously exported reports and download them again when needed.

Exports generated through manual Download, Scheduled reports, or APIs are recorded in the Export History page.

Data Retention

Export history records are available for the last 90 days. Within this period, users can download previously exported files generated from reports.

Visibility of Export History

• The Export History page shows only the exports triggered by the currently logged-in user.
• Users cannot see exports triggered by other users in the same company.
• This ensures export data privacy at the user level.

What You Can Do on the Export History Page

The Export History page allows you to:

• View export type (success, failed, pending)
• Download completed reports
• Identify timeout or failed exports
• Track scheduled report executions
• Monitor large dataset exports
• Confirm whether an export was successfully generated

Access Export History

1. In the left navigation menu, click Analytics > Export History. The Report Export History Page is displayed.
2. This page displays all exports triggered by the logged-in user.

View Export History for a Report

You can view the Export History for any individual report directly from the Reports page. This allows you to see all exports (manual and scheduled) associated with a specific report.

Access Export History for a Specific Report

1. In the left navigation menu, click Analytics > Reports. The Reports Page is displayed.
2. Locate the report.
3. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the report.
   
4. Click Export History. The system displays the export history filtered for that report.
   
5. Filters automatically by report name.

Understand Export History Interface

The page includes:

• A Filter option to narrow results
• A Search bar to find specific exports
• A table listing all export activity

Each row in the table represents a single export request.

Note

• Exports generated through gear icon downloads are not included in the Export History page.
• Only exports triggered through the Download button in reports, scheduled exports, or API exports are tracked.
