Overview
The Usage Report is a standard report available in Analytics Reports. The report provides detailed visibility into usage transactions associated with customers, subscriptions, and charges.
The report enables you to analyze usage-based billing activity by viewing usage quantity, unit of measure, invoiced status, and related billing information in transaction currency.
This report follows the same behavior, layout, filtering capabilities, and interaction patterns as other standard reports in the application.
Report Description
Shows detailed usage transactions by date, customer, and subscription, including usage quantity, unit of measure, invoiced status, pre-rated amount, and related billing information in transaction currency.
Purpose
The Usage Report is designed to:
- Provide centralized visibility into all usage transactions
- Help billing teams validate usage-based invoicing
- Trace usage records to related subscription and billing objects
- Support finance reconciliation activities
- Analyze invoiced and non-invoiced usage entries
- Export usage transaction data for downstream processing and reporting

UI: How to Run & Interact
Navigate to the Report
- Go to Analytics
- Select Reports
- Open the Subscriptions folder
- Click Usage Report
Apply Filters
Use the Filters panel to configure report criteria.
Reporting Currency
By default, the report uses:
- Transaction Currency
Users can modify the reporting currency using the filter dropdown.
Available currency options may include:
- USD
- EUR
- JPY
- Rupees
- GTQ
Run the Report
Click RUN to generate the report results.
Download Report Results
Click DOWNLOAD to export report data.
Supported export formats:
- CSV
- XLSX
Interact with Report Data
Users can:
