Standard Reports are a great way to review data at a glance. Access a variety of Standard Reports within the Analytics module. View Analytics Report Descriptions to read more about each available Report. These reports generate real time data and utilize various preset filters.
Standard Reports cannot be edited beyond the provided filters. Standard Reports also cannot be saved as they are meant to provide at a glance data. Consider using the Create a New Report feature to collect specific data points and further customize a Report.

Standard Reports
A set of Standard Reports are readily available for all users in your organization from the Analytics list page. A Standard Report is recognized by the Ordway icon to the left of the report name and the Created By column lists Ordway. The Visibility of Standard Reports is always Public.
Preconditions:
- The New Experience and Analytics modules must be enabled via Menu > Setup > General Settings for the organization.
- The New Experience and Analytics modules must be enabled via Menu > Setup > Organization Structure > Users for individual users.
Run a Standard Report
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Analytics > Reports.
- Click the desired Report Name.
- Click Run.
- Once the Report loads, click the Filters arrow within any report to expand the section.
- Populate the filters accordingly.
Select the appropriate filter parameter on the left side. Enter the desired value or outcome in the middle field. Click the + sign to add an OR filters. - Click Run to view the Report results. Edit the Filters as needed until satisfied.
- Click Download Report to save a copy to your desktop.
