Analytics offers the ability to create consolidated reports for organizations using our multi-entity feature. Users should be logged into the Parent account in Ordway before proceeding to Analytics. Within Analytics, the organization you are logged into is set as the default company (whether parent or child). 

Preconditions:

• Access to parent/child data within Analytics is based on user access to corresponding organizations. For example, a user with access to a Parent only is not able to view Child organization data within Analytics. You must have an active user account in each organization within Ordway to use this feature. 
• Analytics must be enabled for the Parent, each Child, Grandchild and/or Great Grandchild in order to view corresponding reporting data.

Use Consolidated Report

Use the available filters in any Analytics Report to identify parent, child, grandchild and/or great-grandchild entities. The Entity Name Filter only displays for multi-entity organizations. 

The default Entity Name is the organization to which you are navigated. Enter the child entity name or company ID to add additional organizations to the report. 

Click X to remove an entity from the Entity Name list. Click + to create an OR parameter and enter an additional Entity Name.
