Pause Subscription Email Templates

Two email templates must be customized and enabled prior to pausing a Subscription. Access the two required email templates via Menu > Setup > Manage Templates > Subscription Email Templates:

• Pause Subscription Email Template
• Resume Subscription Email Template

Pause Subscription Email Template

When the Pause Subscription email template is enabled and a Subscription is Paused, an email is routed to the Customer. 

Customize this template with the Pause as of Date and Resume as of Date (if defined).

Resume Subscription Email Template

When the Resume Subscription email template is enabled and a Subscription is Resumed, an email is routed to the Customer providing the date when the Subscription will resume. 

Customize this template to define the number of Days before a subscription is about to resume that will trigger the Resume Subscription email. Select the number from the available drop-down menu.
