Important Notes

• Multiple templates can be created for Invoices. 
• Both PDF and Email Templates can be modified in Ordway using HTML and Liquid, an open-source template formatting language that allows for customized templates with preferred format and branding content. 
• Variables such as {{product.name}} can be embedded in a template. The variables are the same as our API Object Definitions.  The only exception is a special variable {{secure_link_url}} to embed a link in your emails to view the Invoice. 

Preconditions:

1. Customer Accounts must be configured.
2. Billing Contacts must be up to date.
3. Invoices must be created to use the template.
