Self-Service Checkout

The Ordway Self-Service Checkout (SSP) represents a hosted subscription purchasing solution, thoughtfully provided by Ordway for its customers. This streamlined approach ensures a user-friendly subscription purchasing experience, enhancing convenience and accessibility for all involved parties.

A formal announcement email with additional details is forthcoming. 

Company & User Level Preferences

Company and user-level user preferences are now available for the following:

• Date format while entering the Date

Administrators can update these settings via Menu > Organization Structure > Company Profile for the company level. 

Individual users can update their own settings via Setup > Organization Structure > Users.

New Payment Gateway

Heartland is being added as a new Payment Gateway. 

• Credit Card Payments are supported.
  • USD and CAD accepted for Credit Card Payments.
• USD accepted for ACH payments.
  • ACH Payments are created directly as Paid and are not reconciled on updation from Gateway.

Not Supported: 

• The gateway does not support bank account verifications.
• ACH Refunds and Reversals are not supported.

ExactPay Enhancement

Cardholder address details are now captured for ExactPay.

API Updates

Payment Update API

Payment Update API: API supports two updations:

• Custom Fields can be updated via this API
• Payment status can be updated from Pending or Processed to Failure.
• This is a Bulk API so we can send 20 payments at a time to be updated.
