New Analytics Platform

New Reports Available

Two new report are included in this release:

• Cohort Analysis - ARR Retention % - View ARR Retention % across periods using a table visualization. The user can select a timeframe (e.g. Previous 12 months). Cohorts can be defined either at the Subscription level (e.g. the month of the earliest Contract Effective Date on the subscription), or at the Customer level.
• ARR Net Retention Line - View ARR Net Retention across periods using a table visualization. Select a timeframe (e.g. Previous 12 months), and how to aggregate these periods (e.g. by Month, Quarter or Year). ARR Net Retention should be calculated as (Ending ARR / Starting ARR) for the period.
  

Finance

Anrok Integration

Live integration with Anrok to prevent the delays caused by webhooks. For customers using Anrok tax, please note the following changes:

There is a new integration connection widget for Anrok. Once this is setup, while existing functionality will not change, the overall performance improvement will be seen at the time of tax calculations.

Tax Logs

The existing Logs page for Avalara has been renamed to Tax Logs to accommodate the tax logs for Avalara or Anrok within the single page, depending on customer requirement.

Bill to Parent at Subscription

The Bill to Parent at Subscription enhancement released in October will undergo some changes in an upcoming interim release.

The changes will not affect the default behavior. These changes are forthcoming after the November release. If you plan to use this functionality and need more information, please contact the Ordway Support team.

Platform

Template Editing

• Updated Interface for Email template editing: A new editor has been added to enable maintenance of email templates.

MFA and SSO

• MFA and SSO flags are now available as filter options on the Users list page.

Commerce

Skip Countersignature for Quotes

Ordway Customers can now skip the requirement for countersignature to complete the quote process. To manage the requirement, navigate to Menu > Setup > Settings > Quote Settings. 

Toggle OFF Enable Countersignature for Quotes to disable this requirement.
