Direct URL Access to Reports

Users can access reports via a unique URL.

Payment Term

Added Payment Term object has been added to reports where Customer and Subscription objects are available.

In the Ordway Workflow designer users can add API calls to the GET/LIST Payment Methods for any processing.

General Setting to view ARR Data

A new setting called Default to ARR is now available allowing users to choose between viewing MRR and ARR data and view them accordingly. This setting controls the display of ARR or MRR on the Dashboard / Home page, Customer Detail, and Subscription Details page.

Complete the following steps to default to ARR. 

1. Navigate to Menu > Setup > General Settings > Subscription Settings. 
2. Toggle ON Default to ARR.
3. Save when finished.

Once the Default to ARR setting is saved, view ARR from the Dashboard / Home page and Subscription Detail pages:

Minor UI/UX enhancements for PAYARC Gateway.

• Added a user friendly message that ACH refunds can be only external.
• Added tool tip that defines the short forms like TEL, WEB, PPD enabling the customers to choose the right Sec code while adding ACH payment method.
