Resolving Subscription Import Issues When Updates Do Not Apply

Why are subscription updates not being applied during import?

Subscription updates may not be applied when the List Price is not set correctly in the import file.

The Effective Price is a calculated field managed by Ordway. The value is calculated based on the List Price and other applicable subscription configuration.

How can I resolve the issue?

1. Open the subscription import file.
2. Locate the List Price column.
3. Set the List Price to 0 for the applicable subscription records.
4. Save the updated import file.
5. Re-upload the file into Ordway.

Result

After the import is processed, Ordway automatically calculates the Effective Price based on the updated List Price, resulting in an Effective Price of 0.
