The Notes section in Customer Accounts allows you to record details, such as relevant conversations, customer requests, or other information related to the Customer Account.
Preconditions:
- Customer Accounts must exist.
- Customer Notes must be enabled in Menu > Setup > General Settings.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Customer Accounts.
- Navigate to the Notes section.
- Click + Add to create a note.
4. Either add the note directly in the popup or attach a file to the Customer Account.
5. Save when finished.
Import Notes
Use the Import feature to add Customer Notes from an external file.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Customer Accounts.
- Navigate to the Notes section.
- Click Import to import a Notes file.
4. Select the Import file and click Import.
