Ordway provides a format for users to Request Payment Methods from their Customers. This functionality allows Customers to choose how they would like to pay Invoices - debit/credit card or bank account. If a Customer is paying via external methods (i.e. checks), this process is not required.

Manage Request Payment Method Template
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Setup > Manage Templates.
- Enable the Request Payment Method template.
Note: A standard message is already designed for this template but can be customized as needed.
- Once enabled, users can then request payment methods from specific Customers. View this article for the steps.
