Are there any issues with not using Salesforce, or waiting to set that up later?

You do not need Salesforce to use Ordway. We can import historical/existing customers for you during implementation and then create new customers and subscriptions via the UI to start.

When you're ready to turn on Salesforce, we can set that up for you too.
