When initially syncing from SF to Ordway a Customer, what determines the entity where the Customer is created?

Accounts cannot be directly synced to Ordway. Customer records are created in Ordway when a Subscription is synced to Ordway.

The entity is determined by the multi-entity configuration settings in Salesforce: Ordway Settings > Ordway Entity Configuration.
