Feature Enhancements
Revert to a Previous Subscription Version
Roll back subscription changes by utilizing the Revert to Previous Version tool. Read more about reverting to a previous Subscription.

Updated Month headers for CSV exports:

CSV exports from Canned Reports with month headers will show the full date as of the end of the month - e.g. 1/31/21 instead of 21-Jan.

Additional Group By drop-down options:

The Account Balance Report now includes three Group By drop-down fields, similar to other reports.

The Subscription Number drop-down has been renamed to Contract/Order Number, and shows either the Subscription ID or the Order ID, depending on the source of the transaction.

A Schedule ID Group By option has been added which groups rows by either the Revenue Schedule ID or Billing Schedule ID, depending on the source of the transaction.

A Deferred Revenue Group By option has been added, which groups rows by whether the revenue rule associated with the Product produces journal entries for deferred revenue.

- Object Sync Features and Enhancements
- Usage records can be imported from Ordway to Salesforce via webhook or bulk sync. When webhooks are enabled via the Salesforce settings page in Ordway, new or updated Usage records will automatically sync to Salesforce.

- Contact records can be imported in bulk from Ordway into Salesforce through Bulk Sync Jobs.

- Import updated object records from Ordway to Salesforce on a schedule by selecting the object(s) and time period criteria and then creating a new Apex schedule to set the frequency of the sync. Instructions can be found in the Salesforce documentation found here.
- Plan Picker Enhancements
- Values for Ordway List Price and Billing Period fields can be directly edited in the Plan Picker.

- Pricing tiers for volume and tiered pricing can also be updated directly within the Plan Picker:
- Existing price tiers can be removed.
- New price tiers can be added.
- Price amounts and type (i.e. per unit / flat fee) can be changed.
- The updated values only apply to the Opportunity from which the Plan Picker is opened and are not global.
- Pricing tiers for volume and tiered pricing can also be updated directly within the Plan Picker:

- Quantity field is available in the Plan Picker field set to allow for customizing the order in which the field is displayed in the plan picker.
- Included Units and Unit of Measure fields can be added to the plan picker field set which allows these fields to be visible and editable in the plan picker.
