Feature Enhancements
Accounting Information
- A new Accounting Information tab has been added to all charges.
- Deselect Use Default from Product to modify the configuration and update the GL Accounts to be used when generating Journal Entries.
- When creating a new Plan or Subscription Charge, you can also update the Revenue Rule and Recognition Start Date.
- Ability to Add Transaction Row to an existing Product configuration.
Reporting
- A new Growth Metric has been added to the MRR/ARR Report: Recurring Subscription Charge Counts.
- This metric indicates the number of active Subscription Charges that are Recurring, and grouping by this metric shows changes over time.
- The period-over-period changes to this metric are categorized as:
- New: Number of recurring Subscription Charges that have become active for new Customers who did not have any active Subscriptions in the previous period.
- Expansion: Number of recurring Subscription Charges that have become active for existing Customers who had at least one active Subscription in the previous period.
- Contraction: Number of recurring Subscription Charges that have become inactive for existing Customers who had at least one active Subscription in the previous period.
- Churn: Number of recurring Subscription Charges that have become inactive for churned Customers who will no longer have any active Subscriptions in the following period.
- Similar to other Growth Metrics, you can first group by any other field (Customer Name, Product Name, etc.), and then group by Recurring Subscription Charge Counts. This will show the Growth Metric broken down by each value in the selected group.
HubSpot Integration
- Annually Recurring Revenue (ARR) metrics will be displayed in the “Ordway Customer Summary” card on the Company record as well as in the “Subscription Summary” card on the Deal record.
- Summary details of the three most recent invoices will be shown in the “Ordway Invoice Summary” card on the Deal record. Details include Invoice ID, Invoice Date, Due Date, Amount Total, Balance, and Status, as well as a link to view each invoice in Ordway.
