Restrict Payment Methods for End Customers

It may be beneficial at times to limit customers to allow a specific payment method.  To accomplish this, Ordway allows users to define which payment methods a particular customer can use. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Customer Accounts.
2. Open the desired Customer and scroll down to the Payment Information section.
3. Click the checkboxes to allow specific payment methods. Deselect any payment methods clients cannot use such as ACH Payments or Credit Card. Disable a Payment Gateway when needed. 

Note: The Pay Now page also restricts the payment methods based on the Customer Payment Information checkboxes. Existing payment methods are displayed and can still be used. However, no additional payment methods can be added unless checked in the Customer Payment Information section.
