Personalize outbound emails sent from Ordway with your company email address. The level of personalization is dependent upon your email configurations:
Scenario A - No Email Configuration (dmarc/whitelist not established)
The user does not whitelist their domain or configure email authentication. In email templates, the user can edit the reply-to address field which will change the From address in outbound messages, but the reply-to email address remains no-reply@ordwaylabs.com.
Scenario B - Email Configuration Completed (dmarc/whitelist established)
The user whitelists their domain and configures email authentication like DKIM & SPF. Similar to above, the user can edit the reply-to address field in their email templates and in their outbound messages they will see that email is reflected in both the From & Reply-To address.
Note: The steps included in the Email Configuration and Setup DKIM & SPF articles should be executed prior to being able to edit email addresses in templates.
Steps:
Open the desired email template and update the Reply To Address field.
Send an email to all Customer Contacts
