Release Schedule

Pre-Release Environment

The April '22 Ordway Platform Release is now available on the Pre-Release environment. The following teams are enabled for access to the Pre-Release environment:

• Sales Team
• Customer Success
• Sales Engineering
• Technical Support

Note: The environment does not include its own set of customer data. Users will need to upload or create their own data.

Feature Enhancements

Workflow Automation

Automate tasks using Payment Method Events

• • Users can now trigger a workflow to run when a payment method is created, updated, or deleted. 
  • Example: Automatically send your team an email notification when a customer deletes or adds a payment method.

Workflow Logs Enhancement

• In our February release, we reorganized Workflow Logs into a parent/child structure to make it easier to debug workflows and follow the individual steps executed. 
• This release introduces a new field called Fail Count so users can view how many child logs failed for a particular workflow run.
• Users will also see a new status, Completed w/ Failures, to help differentiate workflow runs that have outright failed versus those that were completed but resulted in some failures.

Webhook Logs

• View, search, and filter webhook logs based on the response code.
• All webhook calls now have a default timeout of 60 seconds. When a webhook exceeds the 60-second timeout, the system closes the request and returns a 408 code; Request Timeout.
  • Note: Ordway's primary integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and others are not affected by this change. Using webhooks to integrate with other apps may be impacted.

Imports

Added Import ID & Status to Import History

• Users can now view the status of their import and reference an Import ID when raising support tickets. View from Menu > Operations > Import Data > Import History.

Imports/Exports - Next Gen Framework

Invoices, Credits, Payments, & Refunds

• Keep records up to date between the two systems with field and record mapping for Invoices, Credits, Payments, and Refunds.

Salesforce

Minor Package Update v.3.6.0

Push upgrade to Sandbox orgs is scheduled for Sunday, April 17, 2022 at 3AM ET

Push upgrade to Production orgs is scheduled for Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 3AM ET

• Batch Size Configuration for Sync Jobs
• Action buttons disabled when Ordway connection is not established.
