Cancelling an Ordway Subscription Through HubSpot

Current Behavior

The Ordway–HubSpot integration does not currently support automatically canceling subscriptions based on a HubSpot workflow or integration update.

Subscription cancellations must be initiated manually from HubSpot.

How to Cancel a Subscription

1. Open the applicable Deal in HubSpot.
2. Navigate to the Ordway Contracts section.
3. Select Actions → Cancel.
4. Choose Specific Date and enter the required cancellation date.
5. Click Confirm.

The cancellation request will then be sent to Ordway and the subscription will be canceled based on the specified date.
