Issue

A custom Billing Email(s) field in HubSpot contains multiple email addresses, but the values are not syncing to the Contact Email field in Ordway.

Resolution

Map the custom Billing Email(s) field in HubSpot to the Email field in Ordway.

Navigation:
Home → Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Contacts → Map Contacts

Configure the mapping as:

HubSpot Custom Field: Billing Email(s) → Ordway: Email

Once mapped, the email values maintained in the custom Billing Email(s) field will sync to the corresponding Contact Email field in Ordway.

Important Note

This mapping also applies to existing contacts. If Billing Email(s) is blank in HubSpot, the corresponding Email field in Ordway may be updated to blank during the sync.

Review existing values before enabling the mapping.
