Usage with Pre-rated Pricing Model

Pre-rated means when usage records come in, we add price in real time because the pricing is not determined beforehand. Therefore, prepayment is not available until a price per unit is applied. 

Add Pre-rated Usage

1. Navigate to Menu > Operations > Usage.
2. Click Add. 
3. Populate all required fields including Quantity and Pre-rated Amount.
4. Save.

Pre-rated Usage Example

When usage is added and the Pre-rated amount and quantity is populated, then the per unit price is derived.

• Pre-rated Amount= 5000
• Quantity = 1000
  • Unit pricing tier will be 5000/1000 = 5 per unit.
