The following statuses record Usage processing:
- Processing - Record is being processed in the system.
- Failed - System is unable to process the given usage record.
- Complete - Usage successfully processed in the system.
Handling Usage Errors & Failures
Failed Usage Imports are identified in the Status column of the Usage module.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Operations > Usage.
- Hover over the status note for each Usage line item to view the corresponding error message.
3. Address the issue and perform the usage import again.
