Usage Processing By Subscription Status

Usage is affected in the following manner based on the Subscription status: 

• When editing a Draft Subscription Contract, existing usage is removed from the Subscription. 
• When editing an Active Subscription Contract, existing usage remains with the Subscription.
• When activating a Draft Subscription, all existing Usage remains with the Subscription.
