Link Integration
Link is a payment wallet supported by Stripe that stores Payment Methods. For more information and for creating a new Link account, visit https://stripe.com/payments/link.
- By clicking Continue with Link, users are able to add payment methods associated with Link wallet.
- An Email field displays on the payment method addition form. This field is mandatory if using Link as a medium for storing Payment methods.
- When an email is provided, Stripe scans the email to identify if the email already exists on the Link Account. For any payment methods already associated with the email, a field to enter authentication code displays. Enter the code sent to the mobile number associated with the Link account. Once authenticated, saved payment methods start display for the user.
When the added email is a new one, Stripe provides an option to Signup for Link by providing a phone number field. By checking this field, the user agrees to proceed with adding a payment method via Link.
Users can add multiple payment methods within the Link session and can also remove and update payment methods.
To discontinue the Link Session and to opt out, simply log out of the session by clicking the 3 dots present on the right side of the email field.
Once the payment is added, it displays under the saved payment methods of the application.

Within the Payment Gateways and encounter a similar issue, it may be due to the Stripe Gateway not having an Account Name. Ensure an Account name has been added.
