Before accepting credit card payments via CardConnect, an active CardConnect service account is required. Contact Ordway Support or your sales representative and request a CardConnect account.
Ordway will reach out to CardConnect on your behalf. Once CardConnect completes your credit review and approval, your account will be active.
Linking the CardConnect Gateway within Ordway is self service, and is explained in the Manage Payment Gateways article. Ordway can also establish the Payment Gateway for you, if requested.
Ordway will also provide you with CardConnect credentials for reporting needs within their dashboard.
