Configure PayNow Portal – Mobile View

The PayNow Portal mobile enhancement provides a card-based invoice experience for customers accessing payment links on mobile devices. Administrators can customize which invoice details appear on each invoice card and preview the mobile experience before saving the configuration.

Prerequisites

Before configuring the mobile view, ensure that:

1. Pay Now Portal is enabled in Ordway.

2. You have access to Setup > Settings > Portal Setup.

Configure Mobile View

Complete the following steps to customize the invoice information displayed on mobile devices.

1. In Ordway, navigate to Setup > Settings > Portal Setup.
   
2. Select the Pay Now Portal tab.
3. Locate the Column Management section.
   
4. Under Column Management, select Mobile Device.
5. Review the available invoice fields.
6. Select the checkboxes for the fields to display on mobile devices. Clear the checkboxes for fields that should remain hidden.
7. Review the Dynamic PayNow Client Preview to see how the invoice information appears on a mobile device.
8. Verify that the selected fields are displayed correctly within the invoice cards.
9. Click Save Portal to save the configuration.

Mobile View – Customer Experience

In the mobile experience, invoices are displayed as individual cards rather than a traditional table.

Each invoice card displays the configured invoice information, which can include:

• Invoice ID
• Invoice Date
• Invoice Due Date
• Total
• Balance
• Amount to Apply

You can select the invoices they want to pay using the checkbox on each invoice card.

The mobile experience also supports:

• Selecting individual invoices.
• Selecting or deselecting all invoices using Select All Invoices.
• Reviewing invoice balances and payment amounts.
• Entering the amount to apply toward each selected invoice.
