Remove Parent/Child Entity Relationship for Customer

Entities can be removed from a Customer when needed. 

Notes: The parent entity cannot be changed. When active Contracts exist within a child entity, the entity connection cannot be removed. 

Steps

1. Navigate to Menu > Customer Accounts.
2. Click Add to Entities for the desired Customer.

3. Uncheck each appropriate entity to remove the child entity from the Customer.

4. Save when finished.

The customer is automatically disassociated from the parent entity.
