Shared Customers can also be added to multiple entities.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Customer Accounts.
- Click Add to create a new Customer, if applicable. Follow the steps provided in Manage Customers.
- Click Add to Entities from the Gear icon for an existing Customer to add to one or more entities.
4. Click the checkbox for each entity to assign to the Customer and click Save.
Note: The parent entity cannot be deselected. When editing a Customer from a child entity, the user can only add the Customer to entities that they have access to.
