Manage Multi-entity Financial Periods

Manage Financial Periods for Multi-entity organizations.

Add Financial Period

Financial Periods can only be managed from the top-level entity and are shared across all entities within your organization structure.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Menu > Finance > Financial Periods from the top level Entity.
2. Follow the steps outlined in Financial Periods.

Edit Financial Period

Follow the steps outlined in Financial Periods.

Note: When editing a Financial Period at the top-level, changes are reflected in all child entities. 

Delete Financial Period

A Financial Period cannot be deleted from the top-level entity when there are associated Contracts at the top-level or child entity level. Deleting a Financial Period is irreversible. 

Financial Periods for Child Entities

Financial Periods can be closed or exported from the Financial Periods view. Follow the steps provided in Financial Periods. 

Note: Financial Periods created at the top-level entity cannot be edited or deleted from a child entity User.
