A common report may include evaluating Payments processed by each Payment Gateway. Complete the following steps to create a new Analytics Report displaying Payments by Payment Gateway. Add additional Report parameters as needed.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Analytics > Reports and click +ADD.
- Name the new Report and select Payments from the Report Type drop-down menu.
- Click Switch to Advanced Builder.
- Add fields from the available drop-down menu under Find a Field on the left side to build the report. In this example, we selected Customer ID, Customer Name, Gateway Name, Payment Amount, Payment Date, Payment Method.
- Click Run once fields have been selected.
- Arrange columns using drag and drop as needed.
- To Filter the Report by Payment Gateway, click the Gear icon next to the Gateway Name column header and click Filter.
- Click Create Report to save the report for future use.
- Once created, the Report is available in your Analytics home screen. Edit the report as needed and Save when finished.
