Regenerate and resend Invoice PDF

Regenerate a single Invoice PDF 

Complete the following steps to regenerate a single Invoice PDF. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Operations > Invoices. 
2. Click Regenerate PDF for the desired invoice.
   

Regenerate multiple Invoice PDFs 

Complete the following steps to regenerate multiple Invoice PDFs. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Operations > Invoices. 
2. Use the Filters to select individual Invoices on the left side to regenerate.
3. Click Print Selected from the Actions menu.

Resend a single email Invoice PDF

Complete the following steps to email a single Invoice PDF. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Operations > Invoices. 
2. Click Email for the desired invoice.

Resend multiple Invoice PDFs via email

Important Note: Please do not resend emails via the Email History tab of a Customer Account. Resend via the Invoices module as explained in the following steps. 

Steps: 

1. Navigate to Menu > Operations > Invoices. 
2. Use the Filters to select individual Invoices on the left side to email.
3. Click Email Selected from the Actions menu.
