Is There a Limit to the Number of Invoice Line Items?

Ordway does not enforce a hard limit on the number of line items that can be included on a single invoice. Customers can generate invoices with a high volume of lines as needed to support their billing use cases.

Performance Considerations

While there is no maximum line item limit, it is important to note that:

• Invoice rendering time may increase as the number of line items grows.

• Loading and PDF generation may take longer when dealing with very large invoices.

• UI display may also be affected, especially if the invoice contains thousands of lines.

This is expected system behavior and is dependent on the volume of data being processed.
