How do I review system changes to fields?

Examine system changes in Ordway through two main features:

Example: Viewing changes made to a Customer Account. 

Imports & Exports

Export Customer Accounts. Review the Updated Date field to see which ones were modified during the timeframe in question.

Review the Audit Logs for the area. Click here to learn more. 

Use the filter option to further refine the data:

• Object = Customer
• Event = Edit
• User = If known
