In the unlikely event that you want to remove a Subscription entirely, reach out to Support and include the following information:

• Subscription number to be deleted
• Business justification
• Reason why a cancellation is insufficient

Notes:

Subscriptions that already include transactions such as invoices and/or payments cannot be deleted. 

Deleted Subscriptions still leave behind Subscription Audit Trail Logs.
