A status is displayed in Ordway for each Subscription.
Navigate to Menu > Contracts & Orders > Subscription Contracts.
Subscription statuses are as follows:
Draft - Subscription is not yet live and actively providing services or goods. Can be edited, deleted, or activated.
Active - A live subscription is currently offering services or goods and is actively billing. Active Subscriptions cannot be deleted, but can be changed via subscription versioning, reverted to a previous version, or cancelled.
Cancelled - Subscriptions cannot be deleted, but can be cancelled which means all services have been stopped. An invoice can be generated for a cancelled Subscription if there are unbilled periods.
A Cancelled Subscription can be reactivated to a previous version. See Reactivate Subscription.
Paused - An active subscription can be paused; where services and billing are stopped, but the Customer remains active. Paused subscriptions cannot be changed, renewed, or cancelled. Billing or Revenue Schedule changes also cannot be made to a paused Subscription.
Read more about how to Resume a Paused Subscription.
Expired - Termed Subscriptions expire when not renewed. To reuse an Expired Contract, it must first be renewed and then modified with new contract terms. Read more on how to Renew a Subscription.
