Additional user experience enhancements have been made for Subscriptions within Edit pages. Contact Ordway Support to enable this feature. 

New User Experience Highlights

At Charge Level

Addition of Charge(s):

Any newly added charges appear at the top of the charges record list where they were added with a green background. 

• As you navigate through the pagination, they will remain on the specific pages where they were originally added.

Deletion of Charge(s):

• When an existing Charge is deleted from the Plan, it remains visible with a red background.

• When a newly added charge is deleted, it gets deleted immediately.

At Plan Level

Addition of Plan(s):

• When a new Plan is added, it remains visible along with its charges with a green background.
• When a new Plan is added to an existing Subscription, it is displayed at the top of the page. 

Deletion of Plan(s):

• When all the charges of the plan are deleted, the plan gets automatically deleted.
• When a plan is deleted, Add Charge and Remove Plan buttons are disabled or grayed out.

• Going forward, plans will also have pagination.
