Skip inactive charge addition to Subscription

Ordway Customers can skip the addition of inactive charges on Subscription. 

This is currently governed by a toggle under Subscription settings on the General Settings page. Start by enabling this toggle. 

Navigate to Create Subscriptions page > Click Add Plans.

Now, you can filter out charges that are inactive and add only charges that are active.
