Subscriptions in Ordway have the option to be Termed or Evergreen. Termed means that there is a specified amount of months that once the initial Subscription is up, a new Subscription will be created according to the settings.
Renew Subscription Options:
Manual Renewal
Preconditions:
Renewals are only applicable for Termed subscriptions, not Evergreen.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Contracts & Orders > Subscription Contracts.
- Click Renew from the Gear icon for the desired Subscription.
3. Select a Renewal Effective Date on when this should take effect. This must be after the Current Term End Date.
4. Make any other changes needed.
5. Save when finished.
This action creates a new version of the Contract and recalculates all billing schedules and metrics associated with the Charges.
